EBS R12 Concurrent Managers' Processes

Hi there,

We'd like to work on an script to check following in EBS R12 after bounce:

1. all processes of concurrent managers with start_time:

     e.g. if it is Output Post Processor and it is expected to bring up 5 processes after bounce, it should bring them all up after the bounce.

The reason we're looking into this as we had enountered an issue after bouncing the EBS R12 that some of OPP processes didn't go down and it showed correct number of processes for both Actual and Target after the bounce. Some of them were new those started after the bounce and some didn't go down at the time of bounce, hence older processes
