Oracle VM in Exalogic x3-2 and x4-2: need tuning to increase number of vServers to startup per hour

Hello,

in order to setup a DR environment in Exalogic x3-2 and x4-2, we have to startup about 300 vServers in parallel but the customer give us no more than 2 hours to finish. The limit is imposed by law.

Actually our tests have shown that we can start not more than 100 vServers in 1 hour via EMOC/IaasCli.

How can we optimize Oracle VM in order to increase our startup capacity ?

i.e. Have we got tuning guides for Oracle VM ?
