depoy dataguard for SI to RAC migration

Hi,

Have any one deployed dataguard b/w 11.2.0.3 and 12.1.0.x for purpose of database migration from single instance to CDB-RAC database environment.

platform is same Linux on all 3 machines except version difference.

We did that for 10gr2 production environment in past and it worked perfect for us.

If you can comment and / or share relevant MOS docs links it will really help us in planning the things properly.
