Does anybody know what's the expected behaviour of the notification escalation after uploading credi

Hello,

We just want to figure out if the notification escalation we recently recognized is an expected behaviour when credit card transactions for a terminated employee are uploaded to the system? Does anybody know how the escalation should work in such a case?
