Schedule task

Hi Team,

While scheduling the task I saw in the above screen shot that John and Aljonc (highlighted above) are fall into same calender and under the regular shift timings however still John's scheduling time shows that we cannot assign work to him on 12th OCT and the same can be schedule to Aljonc. What could be the reason.

As far as i understand is it because John's already have the work assigned or schedule and he only have window to assign the work on 13th?
