Issue with Related Expenditure Items creation : pa_client_extn_txn.add_transactions

We are using pa_client_extn_txn.add_transactions to create/update related expenditure items.

Issue is when we are trying to re-costing, the related expenditure item is getting created with zero cost sometimes. And sometimes it is creating properly.

Can someone let me know if you had faced the same issue and any resolution?
