Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to open design for R47002C report

Hello Team,

We are not able to open design for R47002C standard report from the fat client.

I am also do the get, check-in, check-out. but still the things are same.

Server details

JD Edwards 9.1 UM2 with TR 9.1.5.5

Please advice
