FNDATTCH FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

HI,

I have enable the standard attachment functionality for a custom form but when I am saving the record it gives an error " FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062."

Form name is FNDATTCH.

Any idea?
