Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Tax Calculation for Credit Memos

Hi All,

We have an interesting issue.

If i am creating an on-account credit memo, Tax is being calculated.

However, if i am creating credit memo through Actions -> Credit, tax is not being calculated.

Credit Memo type is same all the time. I have been working through SR for last 2 months. They didn't find the cause yet.

Has any one faced similar issue?
