Logo not visible on print preview (pdf file) of BPA documents(Invoice, Credit memo, Debit memo etc.

Logo not visible on print preview (pdf file) of BPA documents(Invoice, Credit memo, Debit memo etc. ). Both default and custom templates. It is visible on Online preview(html). Just the pdf file does not have the logo image.

Exactly followed the instructions on Doc ID 556946.1 to create a custom template from default template and changed the logo.

The Image is uploaded to $OA_MEDIA.
