Multiple menus - supporting end users
The users have a limited amount of menus they see / scroll through at the top of their screen. They generally do not see the "sliding effect" of the selection at the top of the page.
However, the Support Group has access to all menus (40+). Support Group has to scroll left or right to find the proper menu to assist the user. This is inefficient.
So we created a “Menu of Menus” (we actually had to create several to include all our menus!)
However, once we select one of the menus, it’s difficult to navigate back to the “Menu of Menus”. And the "sliding effect" is a "feature" we would just as soon turn off.
