AP Report with address information

Hello,

Is there a standard report that would give us voucher detail by address number with address information from F0116 (at least zip code)?

I am looking for a report based on voucher data in F0911 posted but could make report based on payments work for current need.  Or if someone has done something custom, would appreciate some tricks on you accomplished

getting correct address information if executing for an address with multiple address changes.
