How to un-expire instance after account alias issue
Hello ,
When trying to create a SR/RO for a customer for a serialized install base trackable item , came across an error.Passed Serial Number (xxxxxxx) violates uniqueness with inInventory items.
Attached screenshot for for reference(error1). On further analysis found that an account alias issue was done which expired the install base record. Following community thread discussion Unexpire a Instance(Community Discussion ID 3485636). Did steps to unexpire instance from front end by following the below navigation.
Yes, you can un-expire the instance form the front end using the following steps:
(R) Oracle Installed Base Agent user
(N) Item Instances > Item Instances
