Enable online patching : Patch 13543062 failed with ORA-04061 and ORA-04065

Hi all,

When running patch 13543062 we got errors like this for followin objects :

  • FND_PORTLET_DEPENDENCY
  • FND_SERVERS
  • FND_TS_SIZING
  • OAM_PAT_WS_ATTACHMENT
  • WF_ATTRIBUTE_CACHE
  • WF_BES_SUBSCRIBER_PINGS
  • WF_ITEM_TYPES_TL_BACKUP
