DM online receiving calendar screen

Hello,

We are accessing the DM online screen. The receiving calendar screen is popping an error

"Error"

"Unable to display store calendar screens"

We have used the DM online screen before, however after running batch, the screen is throwing an error like this. We tried to clean up the receiving calendar table but still the error appears. We will try to reinstall the DM and see if it can be fix.

Question: Any idea what causes the DM Online screen to error out?
