Error running Translation Workbench for Hyperion

I'm attempting to import an RPD file into the Hyperon Translation Workbench, Ver 11.1.1.5.1 and build 278. 

When attempting I get this error:

"Action was not carried out.

This might be due to wrong user name or password.

Cannot run command-line tool to convert RPD file "..../.rpd" to XML.

java.io.IOException: Execution error, Exit Value: 1, Data Exchange:

I cannot find anything to help with this error.
