OATM Migration Errors for 11.5.10.2 RUP7 with 12.1.0.2 DB

I am running OATM but getting errors I can't resolve and cannot get any direct finds in MOSC or MOS. I was told someone ran the OATM migration utility previously without issue but that was prior the them upgrading the db from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2. Could this be an issue? I am unable to fix errors, some are just not creating tables but others are as follows: and I could really use some help:
