Migrate custom developed concurrent programs from one application to another

Dear Colleagues,

There are custom developed request programs already registered in different applications like AP,AR, INV etc.  Recently we registered a new custom application (CUST_TOP) and expecting to migrate those programs to CUST_TOP. How should I start the migration process and what would be the impact ? Pls advise.
