ASO API for creating config_hdr_id and populate aso_quote_line_details

HI

I am calling ASO_QUOTE_PUB.create_quote to create quote header and quote lines.

But how can I populate also aso_quote_line_details with config_hdr_id?

Which API to call?

How do I generate config_hdr_id before populating to aso_quote_lines_details?
