Rule File,Calc script random characters

Hi Team,

After we migrated from Dev to QA, all the QA rule file and calc script are named with random characters. Dev shows all correct names but the migrated QA env shows random characters.We are not able to edit or do anything with the rules as it says "invalid character in name". In the essbase app folder, I can see all the rule file named correct.Please see the below screenshot.

Essbase is 11.1.2.1.107
