WO Start Date calculation for Process Manufacturing through Planning

Hi,

I need a help in WO start Date Calculation

My Scenario is

Process Manufacturing

Co Product Lead time per unit is 18

Process Lead time per unit is 18

I have a forecast for the Co-product 100  (i.e. Process Qty 6)with Requested date 31/10/2015

While Processing R3482, I am having the Order message for Process start date calculated as 23/10/2015 and Rhisequested date as 30/102015.

I need your help in understanding this
