Database Memory & 4030/4031 (MOSC)

Oracle 11.2.0.4 hang on AIX 7.1 (ORA-27300, ORA-27301, ORA-27302) due CIFS_FS LEAVES BEHIND DEFUNCT

Dear all,

Our database RAC version 11.2.0.4 install on AIX 7.1 (7100-03-03-1415)  is hang usually, alert log of database show error like that:

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:fork failed with status: 12

ORA-27301: OS failure message: Not enough space

ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpspawn3

I check AIX performance by tool topas and it show memory and swap is full when error occur, and can't run any os command anymore, database can't connect.

Search in Metalink I found Doc id 1541121.1, it show exactly my problem, but after check AIX patch of servers, patch IV37469 already exist ( IV37469 for AIX 7 replace IV37048 for AIX 6)
