Deliver - To Location is Invalid (IProcurement)

Hi Team,

When i am creating a PR in IProcurement, i am getting a Error message that Deliver-To Location is Invalid. Please help what could be the reason.(we are at Version R12.2.4 ).

In Inventory, Under Locations i can see Location is active and Proper Organization / Ship-to are assigned.
