Will OEM 10.2 work with a 12.1 database?

Hi,

   My customer has a schedule for upgrading/migrating a number of his databases from their current versions - 10.2.0.5 and 11.2.0.4  - to 12.1.0.2. His question is - can he use his current OEM implementation, which is at 10.2.0.5, to monitor these databases after the upgrades have been performed? My initial reaction was - no, but I am far from an expert in this area. I would be very grateful for any thoughts which you may have.
