Log file sync, RAC 11g

Hello DBAs,

Environment

Production Oracle RAC 11g r2 with ASM

4 nodes ( 4 instances)

redhat linux 6.4

Problem

When I came from week end I found that 3 instances was down , I checked the aler log I found these :

ORA-15130: diskgroup "ASM_ARCHIVE" is being dismounted

ORA-15080: synchronous I/O operation to a disk failed

It was network problem with standby DB Now I deffer the log shipping between them BUT after starting up all instances again I get permanent wait event (log file sync) , I made a lot of investigation guide me for the issue with log writer when I check lgwr log file find this :
