How to change the Start Timing of Daily Scheduled RCRs in Bulk without UI

Hi Experts,

We are having more than 50 RCR jobs to update the assignments for our Siebel IP 2015 environment.

Now we would like to change the start timing for all the RCRs. How can we change all of them through DB or anyother way to change the timing.

Please explain us the process.
