What files do I have to download to upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4?

Due to time constraints and maintaining government compliance, we are having to upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 to allow us breathing room to make another jump next year to Oracle 12cR2 some time. We are running Oracle Enterprise with Grid Infrastructure and GoldenGate (on a handful of databases) on RHEL 6 OS. I am having trouble nailing down what files to download as far as the GI and GG portions are concerned. Do I need to also install 11.2.0.4.0 before installing October's release of 11.2.0.4.XX? And what version of OPatch, OJVM, GI, and GG will I need to be up-to-date with our upgrade to 11.2.0.4?
