Sales Order Audit Report

We have a request for a Sales Order Audit report to be run monthly, that would identify Sales Order that had changes to it during the sales order process.

1. Price Updates

2. Ship to address updates

3. Order Delivery Date updates.

does anyone know if there is a JDE UBE that does this?  or know how to build one?
