Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. IB Mass Update error 'API Programming Error (create_txn_pty_acct_dtls)'

It is a 'Transfer Owner' batch.

The error happens at the time of saving the batch or submit.

I can change the owner between the two accounts individually in the standard IB page.
