Oracle communications operations monitor Reporting

I would like to understand in more detailed on how to get data out this tools. First let me say that I a network engineer not a DEV. If I wanted a report that showed any user/EXT that that had an avg MOS score of completed calls under 3.0 for a given time how would do this? Would I need an APP or would i need to pull this VIA a API call?
