APP-QP-225099. Creating a revision to a Pricing Agreement when I get this error.

"APP-QP-225099: More than one record is active for the To Currency Code: &CURRENCY_CODE." I am trying to create a revision to this Pricing Agreement. When I select a date for effective date from, the error pops up. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
