How to avoid Resource Usage getting rounded to Minutes in ECC plan

Hi Experts , Please provide suggestion  for below scenario of ours

Resource Usage = 0.009259 Hrs

Scheduled Quantity = 1 EA

Expected Resource requirement = 0.009259 Hrs

System shows resource requirement = 0.016667 Hrs

I think system is doing below calculation

Resource Usage = 0.009259 hrs = 0.55554 Mins . This is rounded to 1 min

Resource Requirement =1/60 hr = 0.0166667

Resource requirement is inflated by 1. 8 times ( 0.0166667/0.009259) = 1.8


How to avoid this rounding . This is causing huge discrepancy in resource loading
