How to make the Text box to overlap the header row but not repeat on other pages

Hi All,

We have developed an Invoice template ,with header rows  and when we put a text box that slightly overlaps the header row then it repeats on all pages(if the section spans across multiple pages)

Why we need to put the text box?- to avoid the blank space in the header row and make the address to fit in window envelope.

If some one has different approach please let me know(attached the RTF template)
