Siebel database configuration - unable to open comdb49.sql

Hi,

I had a database configuration on machine Windows 7 64 bit but unable to proceed because of the error encountered as shown below.

Any idea why comdb49.sql file cannot be seen in 8.1.1.11 installation folder? I checked to other machine and there is no comdb49.sql file as well.

2015-10-14 12:00:48Unable to open file 'C:\app\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\ses\siebsrvr\sqltempl\comdb49.sql'.

2015-10-14 12:00:48Unable to start Common SQL file api.
