MRP planning with wrong quantity open workorders.

Scenario:

We have a workorder with 10 pieces

During the manufacturing process one piece reported with super back flush as scrapped.

For example in the operation sequence 30 of the routing

In the next operation sequence (40) we have only 9 pieces and this quantity is the quantity we final place into stock.

But the MRP still calculate with the complete quantity from the workorder header (10 pieces)

But this quantity never will go on stock.

Orders with a long leadtime, the MRP always calculate with 10 pieces until workorder is finished.

We recognize to late that only 9 will arrive and so material availability is not correct.

Howdy, Stranger!
