How to update Interclass UOM Conversions

Hello,

We have an Item with Primary UOM 'Bottle' and Secondary UOM 'Each'. However, this Item has an incorrect Source Base Unit say 'XYZ' in the Inter-class conversions. The same value was found in the backend table MTL_UOM_CLASS_CONVERSIONS as well. (Please Note: Destination Base Unit is 'Kilogram')

We want to correct it to make the Source Base Unit as 'Each', but the screen doesn't allow updation. So, we made the conversion 'Inactive' and tried creating a new conversion for the Item for the same Destination Base Unit. However, in the LOV for Destination Base Unit, 'Kilogram' is not appearing.
