set global target preferred credentials in emcli

Hi,

I was wondering if there are a way to set global target preferred credentials via emcli.

I know I can set target preferred credentials, but those are just on the connected user.

I am promoting targets via emcli and it would be nice to add global target preferred credentials at the same time, now I have to do that manually in the web gui.
