GLTRBALXMLP - Trial Balance XMLP

We are on Oracle Finanacials, EBS Release 12.1.3, and i see there is a concurrent program called Trial Balance XMLP, Registered to General Ledger application

Is this a valid report for users to use? Is this meant for people soft app?
