EBS, Set Oracle FSGXML: Basic Excel Template as the default output layout

Hi,

I am looking to set the FSGXML: Basic Excel Template as the default layout option when user submits the Program - Publish FSG Report. Currently the default layout is FSGXML: Basic Template.

In order to change the layout to FSGXML:Basic Excel Template, the user has to click the Options... button and manually change it. Is there an option to set the default layout?
