Sales Order Quantity Incorrect on Order Acknowledgement - Why is this happening ??

Is it a setting in the Item Master itself ?? \

... some items have the quantity incorrectly updated while others are just fine on the same Order Acknowledgement ...

Using JDE 9.1 .. Thanks for any help!
