Can we use the Oracle API with templete to sent the payment instruction to GPS

I have a question.
Right now, we are using a interface tool GPS using Wire Transfer to make the payment against all the transation in our BANK. Oracle PO/ Invoice Payment also going through that.
Can we use the Oracle API with templete to sent the payment instruction to GPS in our current situation? can we pass the payment instruction to GPS using Oracle API / Templete?
