Does Enterprise One - JDE- Address Book have a notes, keywords fields that can be user designed?

Hello:    We currently have three inventory tracking systems that rolls into JDE via journal entries.   Therefore, we can have upto three different vendor numbers (one for each system).  We are currently tracking these numbers via an excel spreadsheet.   Does JDE have a notes and/or keywords field that the other systems vendor numbers can be added as a cross reference?   If yes,  can this information be uploaded or does it have to be manually keyed into JDE?
