/root/.bashrc permission denied

Folks,

While running root.sh as part of Oracle 12c RAC Install, we saw below permission issue reported. 

The root.sh was run as root user.  Not sure why this error is reported.  Did anyone face this issue?

Creating /etc/oratab file...

Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by

Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created

Finished running generic part of root script.

Now product-specific root actions will be performed.

Using configuration parameter file: /opt/oracrs/product/12.1.0.2/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params

2015/10/07 19:08:53 CLSRSC-4002: Successfully installed Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) Collector.
