P3002Z1 - Interop question

Hi ,

I am working on budgetting and I have expired a line in the BOM. Now I wish to add the same expired line with  different quantity and effective dates . What transaction type(TNAC) should I use to perform this task. I dont want the expired BOM line to be vanished or over write.

Please suggest.
