Dynamic actions in 5.0 are not firing after installing application developed in 4.1, Any suggestions

We have recenlty installed APEX 5.0. We have installed the application bult in APEX 4.1 into APEX 5.0. While testing the application, we realized that dynamic actions are not firing.

The application has dynamic actions to set certain values like Status. Is there anything needs to be changed in 5.0?
