Steps for EBS 12.2.4 on premise integration with OTM Cloud.

We are evaluating OTM cloud vs on premise installation, please advise steps involved to integrate EBS 12.2.4 on promise with OTM cloud offering.

SOA/BPEL 11g has to be on premise or will part of OTM cloud.
