How to get ECE Cache Data back after ecs server restart

I had to restart the Elastic Charging Engine(so stopped and started ecs1 and ecs2) since all the data of ece cache is lost after the restart .

Can you tell me a way to get ece cache data back?

Please not that OCOMC is intergrated with ECE and BRM
