How to restrict Maintenance Departments Wise to restrict viewing Work Orders

Hi guys

How to restrict Maintenance Departments Wise to restrict  viewing Work Orders.Suppose there are three Maintenance Departments under on eAM Maintenance Org, i.e  Mechanical ,  Electrical and Civil Maintenance Department.Now the Mechanical Maintenance Department login with Mechanical Maintenance Responsibility , as hew view the work orders status wise , there should be some sort of constrain to restrict user not to allow  viewing the Work Orders of other department  say  Electrical or Civil Department
