Capital Project - interface to Fixed Assets, with multiple Assets assigned to the Project

We currently have a Capital Project that represents a scheme for the client.

This scheme represents a Housing Estate build - so has potential 50 - 100 Properties, these need to become individual Assets on the Asset Workbench.

I am having trouble sending the project expenditures over to the Asset workbench, with the Asset details I have setup on the Project already having a proportion of the total costs held on the Project.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could do this simply?

I have looked into plitting the costs on the Asset workbench - but this is cumbersome.

Ideally - I would want the Assets to be sat on the workbench, each with costs on them as they are transferred over to FA.
