Unable to add a member to dimension, it says member already exists

Dear All,

Oracle EPMA version : 11.1.2.1.600.07

I added a new dimension (which was removed earlier) in Hyperion Classic Planning application and tried to add few members to the dimension.

But unfortunately, i couldn't add the members which were deleted earlier. It says "Member already exists".

When i checked in all dimensions / Essbase outline, i couldn't find the members.

Please help me to add the members, which were deleted earlier.
